Harneys recently advised Orsu Metals Corporation via its UK counsel, Norton Rose, and Macleod Dixon LLP in Toronto, on the relevant aspects of BVI law in connection with its recently completed sale of Orsu's Varvarinskoye gold-copper mine in Northern Kazakhstan to OJSC Polymetal.
