Harneys advised ALcontrol on Cayman Islands law issues in relation to the restructuring of the ALcontrol Group and its acquisition by GSO Funds. ALcontrol is a leading European environment and food testing group which, through its network of laboratories and service centres, tests soil, water, food, oil and air for contaminants or hazardous substances, enabling clients to comply with health and safety legislation and conserve the environment.
