Harneys in Asia comprises a Cayman and BVI law firm and offshore services company (Harneys Asia (Offshore) Limited), both based in Hong Kong. Its Chinese name means "justice and strength". A cadre of 10 lawyers who come from the People’s Republic of China, the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and Australia provides customised quality services and professional solutions to our clients. Our Hong Kong office renders advice and other services in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
 
Our Hong Kong office's primary areas of practice are banking and finance, including capital markets and swaps; investment funds and private equity, including partnerships and unit trusts; and corporate and commercial, including securities listings, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. It also provides a real time interface with Harneys’ Cayman and BVI based litigation, intellectual property, shipping, private client and other practices.

Harneys Asia (Offshore) Limited (HAOL) is a Hong Kong company specialising in corporate, partnership and trust incorporation or formation services, as well as ongoing registered office, registered agent and other administration support.  HAOL is part of Harneys Services.
