As a common law jurisdiction, many of the pre-emptive remedies which are used in England such as Freezing injunctions and Norwich Pharmacal orders are available in the British Virgin Islands. The litigation department has developed a particular expertise in these types of applications, for example being the first firm to succesfully apply for a Norwich Pharmacal order.
