Harneys has won the CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year Award for Russia at the 2019 Deal of the Year Awards in Budapest for its work on the 2018 merger of CJSC Transmashholding and LocoTech-Service LLC.
Finalists for the prestigious and peer-selected CEE Deal of the Year Awards were selected by a panel of highly-regarded private practitioners in each country, with winners determined by a second group of prominent legal experts from across Central and Eastern Europe.
