Harneys strengthens Asian practice

Harneys is pleased to announce the addition of Jane Yao, Monica Chu and Tiffany Tang to the firm's cadre in Hong Kong.
Jane Yao joins as a senior associate. Prior to joining Harneys, Jane was a senior foreign associate with the law firm of Colin Ng & Partners in Singapore where her areas of practice included mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and foreign direct investment into China. From 1995 to 2002, she was Deputy Head of the Legal Department at the Shenzhen Bureau of Justice. Her areas of expertise include all corporate and commercial disciplines, particularly in relation to banking and finance, investment funds and securities exchange listings.
Monica Chu joins as an associate from another leading Cayman and BVI law firm. Her areas of expertise include all corporate and commercial disciplines, particularly in relation to banking and finance, and investment funds. Monica also practiced law with the law firm of Kao, Lee & Yip in Hong Kong.
Tiffany Tang joins as a corporate administrator from RBC Dexia Investor Services Limited. Her expertise includes the formation and administration of companies, partnerships and trusts.
