Expertise and Professional Background
Dionne joined Harneys in 2002. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation department where she is responsible for the pro-bono practice and handling criminal matters assigned to the firm under the BVI’s Legal Aid Scheme. She also handles matrimonial matters, labour disputes and other civil litigation matters, and acts as the litigation liaison with regard to debt recovery for the firm’s commercial banking clients.
Dionne was previously employed by Patrick Bailey & Co. (Jamaica) and later Farara, George-Creque & Kerins (BVI), where she advised on a variety of litigation matters.
