Peter sits on a number of government advisory committees and was particularly influential in the introduction of the Insolvency Act of 2003 as well as having significant input into the BVI Business Companies Act. Prior to Harneys Peter worked at the London office of Allen & Overy from 1990 to 1997, where he specialised in emerging market debt. He splits his time between London and the BVI.
