Expertise and Professional Background
Kimberly joined Harneys in September 2009 as a participant in the firm's Professional Development Programme. She is currently in the Banking & Finance Department where she advises banks, financial institutions and leading law firms on a wide range of BVI banking matters. Previously Kimbery worked in the Corporate & Commercial Department where she advised on a wide range of corporate transactional matters and on all aspects of BVI company and commercial law.
Before pursuing her legal education Kimberly worked for Harneys’ affiliated Services business where she gained experience as a Company Secretary. Her previous work experience also includes serving as secretary to the British Virgin Islands Constitutional Review Commission and as a regulatory intern at the BVI Financial Services Commission.
