Expertise and Professional Background
Colleen joined Harneys in October 2009 as a participant in firm's Professional Development Programme. She is currently in the Corporate & Commercial Department where she advises on a wide range of corporate transactional matters and on all aspects of BVI company and commercial law. Previously Colleen worked in the Banking & Finance Department where she advised on a wide range of banking and finance matters including loans, property and project financing as well as general aspects of banking and finance law.
Prior to completing her legal education Colleen gained experience as a company secretary at Harneys’ affiliated corporate services business.
