Expertise and Professional Background
Thalia joined Harneys in October 2007 and is a member of the Corporate & Commercial Department where she advises on a range of corporate transactional matters and on all aspects of BVI company and commercial law. As a participant in the firm's Professional Development Programme from 2007-2009 Thalia gained experience in other key practice areas including Investment Funds & Regulatory, Litigation & Insolvency, and Private Client & Fiduciary Services.
Prior to joining Harneys, Thalia worked as a part time legal assistant in the Litigation Department of DunnCox, a leading law firm in Jamaica. She gained extensive knowledge while working on matters involving commercial disputes.
