Expertise and Professional Background
Erica Mandryko qualified as an English solicitor in 2001 into the Corporate Finance group at Eversheds LLP in London where she worked on a broad range of corporate transactional matters until December 2003. Prior to joining Harneys, Erica was employed by Cantor Fitzgerald Europe/BGC Partners as an in-house corporate and commercial counsel. She has extensive corporate and commercial experience including mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, joint ventures, investment banking (including private placements and listing work) and regulatory and financial services matters.
Erica joined Harneys in June 2008 as a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.
