Expertise and Professional Background
Kissock joined the firm in 2006 and became a Partner in 2008. He served as head of Harneys' Anguilla office for three years where he practiced corporate, commercial and conveyancing law, as well as civil litigation. In 2009 Kissock joined the BVI litigation team where he advises on commercial and insolvency matters. Prior to joining Harneys Kissock practiced at the private bar in Anguilla, British Virgin Islands and Jamaica. He is a former Magistrate and was a Crown Counsel at both the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Attorney General's Chambers in Jamaica.
