Expertise and Professional Background

Jacqueline has been practicing law in the British Virgin Islands since 1999. She first joined Harneys in 1998 and remained with the firm for seven years. After working with Appleby to assist with the development of their British Virgin Islands corporate and commercial practice she returned to the firm in 2006. She specialises in corporate and commercial matters and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and the formation of partnerships and special purpose vehicles.

Jacqueline is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She also speaks Spanish.
