Expertise and Professional Background
Jenelle joined Harneys in 2006
after completing her legal education training at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad, W.I. She is
currently an Associate in the Private Client and Fiduciary Services Department
where she advises on a wide range of property and estate succession matters and the law of trusts in general.
Jenelle also
assists with the registration of vessels in the British Virgin Islands.
Prior to completing her legal training in Trinidad and joining Harneys, Jenelle worked as an intern with the Attorney General and Director of Public Prosecution's Chambers within the Ministry of Legal Affairs in the Commonwealth of Dominica. She was also a participant in the firm's Professional Development Programme through which she has gained experience in the areas of Investment Funds & Regulatory Services, Banking & Finance and Corporate and Commercial law.
