Mike joined the firm's Investment Funds and Regulatory Department in February 2008 and advises on the establishment and restructuring of investment funds under British Virgin Islands law.
Prior to joining Harneys, Mike's experience included working in the corporate team at Lawrence Graham LLP specialising in mergers and acquisitions, MBO's and Private Equity; the in-house legal team at Nestor Healthcare PLC with responsibility for group acquisitions; and the corporate team at Lester Aldridge LLP (in Southampton and Bournemouth) where he continued to specialise in corporate and commercial work particularly in the healthcare sector.
