Expertise and Professional Background
Catherine joined Harneys in 2008 and is a member of the Investment Funds & Regulatory team advising on all aspects of the formation and restructuring of investment fund vehicles in the British Virgin Islands.
Prior to joining Harneys, Catherine worked at JPMorgan and Linklaters in London. During her time at Linklaters, Catherine was seconded to their Hong Kong office and had client secondments to Barclays Capital and CSFB in London.
