Sarah Lou joined Harneys in 1998. She became a member of the Banking and Finance team in 1999 and primarily advises international financial institutions in relation to project/asset financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, and other structured financing transactions. Sarah Lou currently works in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department.
