Harneys advises APM Terminals in acquisition of stake in Global Ports Investments Plc

Harneys Cyprus recently advised APM Terminals B.V., a global port, terminal and inland services operator, in its acquisition of a 37.5% stake in Global Ports Investments PLC from Transportation Investments Holding Limited, one of Russia's largest privately owned transportation groups. The transaction valued Global Ports at approximately $2.3 billion, making APM Terminals’ share acquisition the largest foreign direct investment in Russia’s transportation industry to date.
