Harneys recognised in Legal Week’s Private Client Global Elite 2021

Congratulations to Partners Phillip Kite, Henry Mander and Ian Mann, Counsel Charles Moore, and Senior Associate Henno Boshoff who have been listed in Legal Week’s 2021 Global Elite Directory. Phillip, Henry, Ian, and Charles were recognised as Private Client Global Elite, and Henno was listed as “One to Watch”.

Phillip is the London managing partner and the global head of Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring. He is an experienced BVI litigator with significant offshore insight and is able to advise clients from all angles, having been involved in most of the largest litigation and insolvency cases in the BVI for over 20 years.

Henry is the global head of Trusts and Private Wealth and is a leading practitioner in the Cayman Islands, with over 20 years of offshore and onshore experience in the private client industry. Henry advises both private and institutional clients, including banks and trust companies, on all aspects of Cayman and BVI trust law.

Ian is the Asia managing partner and a member of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring group in Hong Kong. He is an experienced advocate who advises elite families and is usually retained on a long-term basis for strategic global offshore litigation advice.

Charles is a member of our Cayman Islands Private Wealth team who specialises in both contentious and non-contentious international trust and private client related matters. He advises high net worth individuals and families on the creation of complex international trusts. He also acts on a number of high profile contentious trust matters.

Henno is a member of our Trusts and Private Wealth practice and based in the Singapore office. He specialises in advising institutional trustees, wealthy families and private individuals on British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law aspects of trust and private client transactions.
