Cross Border Litigation Day is a winner

Harneys inaugural Cross Border Litigation Day took place yesterday at Thomson Reuters very trendy venue, and we are pleased to report that it was a tremendous success.

The panellists were kept on their toes with a large audience as over 200 people attended sessions throughout the day. The mock court room hearing consisting of Antony Zacaroli QC as judge, and Ian Mann and Michael Snape as advocates was a fascinating demonstration of a typical court room proceeding and the advocates court room banter resulted in several giggles throughout the crowd.

After some flattering feedback from attendees, we are already looking forward to a bigger and better day in 2018. “The idea of a ‘centre of excellence’ for cross border litigation really came to life. High quality conference packed with 100% first class content.  Awesome job.” “To give you credit, not many people would be prepared to be roasted by Antony Zacaroli QC in front of 200 people.  Fair play to you guys, you know how to hold yourselves in a gunfight.  Thanks again.” “Every panel was relevant and practical.  Inviting the QCs and the real experts in each topic was a great play . . .” “Feel free to take Saturday off. You deserve it.”

Thank you to all who participated and attended. A collective contribution to a great success!
