Barely Blinked: BVI Litigation & Restructuring remain open after hurricanes

Harneys Litigation and Restructuring has remained open in the BVI following the hurricanes affect the area last month.

The team is led by partners Andrew Thorp, Claire Goldstein and Counsel Peter Ferrer. Meanwhile, whilst the BVI court temporarily sits in St Lucia, a number of Harneys lawyers are resident in our “pop up” office, led by Christopher Pease.

The Commercial Court building in the BVI suffered only limited damage and we look forward to welcoming its return which, with the help of professional services firms in the BVI, could be as soon as December.
