GRR Live Hong Kong

Earlier this week, the GRR Live half-day conference was held in Hong Kong at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer offices.

Mr Justice Jonathan Harris, current Companies and Insolvency Judge of the High Court, was the keynote speaker while Harneys own Ian Mann co-chaired the event with Look Chan Ho of Freshfields. Two sessions were covered over the afternoon, including a panel discussion of "The future of Hong Kong Schemes of Arrangement: What do recent cases suggest?", followed by an informal Q&A session between the panelists and audience. As the event was held less than a week after the Cross Border Litigation Day, it is safe to say the Hong Kong legal market has had the pick of the litter with such a high caliber of presenters on offer.
