Kisha is a member of our BVI Litigation and Insolvency practice group where she specialises in civil, corporate and international litigation. Her practice areas include contractual breach, disputes, debt recovery, employment, admiralty, personal injury, trusts, contentious probate and estate matters, contentious insolvency, fraud, injunctive and discovery orders.
Prior to joining us in 2014, Kisha worked at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as a judicial assistant at the High Court’s Criminal, Civil and Commercial Divisions and at the BVI Financial Services Commission as a legal intern. She also was a member of our Private Client practice before moving to the Litigation practice. In that role she advised local and international clients on matters such as property, shipping, banking, labour and immigration.
Kisha holds an introductory certificate in international arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a trained mediator certified by the Judicial Education Institute of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. She also serves the wider community as an officer in local and international civic organisations.
