There continues to be an upward trend in the use of provisional liquidations as a restructuring tool, particularly in relation to China-related debt. The looming global economic crisis likely points to further use of schemes of arrangements, with or without provisional liquidation. There continue to be coordinated approaches across the offshore jurisdictions.
