Harneys Cyprus advises on a £33-million offering

Harneys Cyprus advised Singers Capital Markets Advisory LLP alongside Pinsent Masons LLP on the Cypriot law aspects of Globe Invest Limited’s (Globe Invest) cash offer to acquire 100 per cent of the share capital of Best of the Best PLC, listed in the AIM of the London Stock Exchange, with an implied equity value of £33-million.
