Harneys has maintained its Band 1 ranking for offshore trusts in the British Virgin Islands and Band 2 in the Cayman Islands Chambers HNW 2026 guide, while also securing a newly ranked position for Jersey Offshore: Trusts.

The results reflect the continued strength and growing breadth of the firm’s offshore trust practice, bringing together market-leading expertise from both its Private Wealth and Dispute Resolution teams.

BVI Managing Partner Claire Goldstein was newly ranked in BVI, with one client describing her as “exceptional” and noting that “she has seen everything… she is very senior, but she is able to get into the detail. She has a very subtle mind.” Henry Mander maintained his recognition for Foreign Expertise, based abroad in the UK, across both the BVI and Cayman Islands trusts, with a client commenting that he “is very astute and he is very on top of the law.” In Cayman, Partners Charles Moore and Esmond Brown maintained their rankings for offshore trusts in Cayman Islands.

In Jersey, Managing Partner Nicola Roberts was newly ranked in Band 1 for Jersey Offshore: Trusts Litigation, with a client praising her as “very senior and very calm and unflappable” and noting that “she can see the best pragmatic way forward.” Katherine Neal was promoted to Band 1 for offshore trusts, with a client describing her as “my go-to lawyer” who “invariably manages to think above and beyond just the immediate instructions and to provide solutions to any given situation,” and Imogen Thomas was newly recognised as an Associate to Watch.

Henry Mander, Global Head of Private Wealth, commented: “These results are a real testament to the strength and depth of our Private Wealth team across the BVI, Cayman, and Jersey. Maintaining our rankings in BVI and Cayman reflects the trust our clients place in us year after year, while our newly ranked position in Jersey marks an exciting step forward for the team there. We are especially proud to see Claire, Nicola, and Imogen recognised individually this year, alongside Katherine, who has now been individually ranked for the ninth year. It reflects a team that is not only maintaining its standing but building real momentum across our offshore trusts practice.”
