BVI Incubator and Approved Funds: June and July Filing Deadlines

Incubator and approved funds should be aware of the following deadlines for filings to be made with the Financial Services Commission (FSC):

  • Financial statements are due by 30 June 2022 for incubator and approved funds with a 31 December year end
  • Semi-annual report for incubator funds is due by 31 July 2022

Incubator and approved funds must ensure that they comply with these filing obligations within the prescribed deadlines. The FSC has a low-tolerance approach to late or missed filings and may impose fines for non-compliance. Read our full guidance notes here.
