Country-by-Country Reporting live on Cayman Islands DITC portal

The Cayman Islands Department for International Tax Cooperation (DITC) published an industry advisory, to inform that as of 29 August 2025, the Cayman Islands' Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) framework is accessible via the DITC Portal. Multinational Enterprise (MNE) Groups with Cayman Islands Constituent Entities (CEs) must re-register on the portal by 30 November 2025, to comply with CbCR regulations.
Key updates:
- Re-registration required: All MNE Groups must re-register via the DITC Portal. Instructions will be sent to primary contacts.
- Updated guidelines: Revised CbCR guidelines and resources are available on the DITC website.
- Future updates: CbCR reporting functionality will be added to the portal by November 2025.
