CySEC extends deadline for 2020 annual fees due to Covid

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has advised all Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs) that due to Covid-19 related issues, the deadline for the submission of Form 87-03-01 (Annual Fees Calculation Form) including the Annex has been extended to the end of June 2021, at the latest.

The Annex contains:

  • The extract from the CIFs audited financial statement with the total turnover of the corresponding year
  • Evidence of the annual fees payment to CySEC
