Jacqueline Moody is a member of the Litigation and Restructuring team in our Hong Kong office. With over 10 years of litigation experience and a background in accounting, her practice focuses on corporate and commercial cases.
She has recently worked on a multi-million dollar fraud and shareholder dispute case as to the use of funds and acquisition of shareholdings through improper means. Her recent experience also includes complex insolvency cases, one of which includes several deadlocked liquidators. She has worked on contesting a statutory demand to avoid an involuntary winding up as well as a freezing injunction to protect foreign assets and enforce a foreign judgment.
Prior to joining us in 2017, Jacqueline worked in a leading law firm in the Cayman Islands where she handled an integral part of the defence in a multi-billion dollar fraud case. She has extensive experience in litigation in the United States prior to her experience in the Cayman Islands.
