Harneys advises on landmark retail bond issue

Harneys has acted as BVI counsel to regular client DV4 Limited in connection with the 7 year 5.75% secured sterling retail bond issued by Alpha Plus Holdings PLC, a subsidiary of DV4. The aggregate nominal amount of the Bonds to be issued was £48.5 million. 

The bond issue was the first instance of a privately held and unrated company to have issued a retail bond. Alpha Plus was also the first company to have issued a retail bond with security.
