Harneys advises BMR Energy Ltd. on closing second tranche of its US$88 million credit facility

Harneys provided BVI law advice to BMR Energy Ltd. on closing the second tranche of its US$88 million credit facility with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank (FCIB) and National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited as joint lenders and FCIB as lead arranger.

BMR Energy is a developer and owner of renewable energy assets in the Caribbean and Central America and is a business segment of Virgin Investments.
