Harneys advises ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Ltd. on its NYSE American listing and IPO

Harneys acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to ChowChow Cloud International Holdings Ltd. on its successful initial public offering on the NYSE American, through the issuance of 2,990,000 ordinary shares at US$4.00 per share. The shares commenced trading under the ticker symbol "CHOW" on 16 September 2025. This offering marks a significant milestone for ChowChow Cloud as it expands its footprint in the international capital markets.

ChowChow Cloud is a Hong Kong-based technology firm specializing in professional IT services, digital transformation consulting, and AI-powered proactive cloud managed services, operating across the Asia-Pacific region with a strong presence in Hong Kong and Singapore. The company has broadened its reach into the Philippines, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Australia.

Sidley Austin LLP acted as US counsel to ChowChow Cloud on this transaction. US Tiger Securities, Inc. acted as the underwriter in the offering.

The Harneys team was led by Singapore Managing Partner Lishi Fong with support from Senior Associate Jonathan Lim, and Associate Edwin Tan.
