Harneys advises lenders on Warburg Pincus’ landmark investment in Acclime

Harneys acted as British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands counsel to the lenders in connection with the financing of Warburg Pincus' landmark investment in Acclime, a leading provider of corporate and business services in Asia-Pacific. The investment is expected to support Acclime in its next phase of growth, international expansion and innovation.

Harneys advised on the BVI and Cayman Islands law aspects of the financing and security documentation.

The Harneys team was led by Global Head of Banking & Finance Paul Sephton, with support from Counsel Oswald Kan and Associate Natalie Chan, all based in the firm's Hong Kong office.
