Harneys advises Maiyue Technology Limited on its Hong Kong IPO
Harneys acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Maiyue Technology Limited on its successful initial public offering with an offering size of HK$175 million (approximately US$22.4 million). Its shares were listed and commenced trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 October 2023.
Maiyue Technology is an integrated IT solutions services provider in the education and government IT solutions markets in Guangxi, China, with an operating history of over 20 years.
