Harneys recently advised Premier Energy PLC in relation to the Cyprus aspects of its €825 million bridge-to-bond acquisition financing for the Evryo Group, including Distribuție Energie Oltenia, from Macquarie Asset Management.

Premier Energy PLC is a vertically integrated energy company operating in Southeastern Europe. Evryo Group, including Distribuție Energie Oltenia, is Romania’s third-largest electricity distribution operator, serving approximately 1.5 million customers. The cross-border transaction includes a secured €825 million bridge facility agreement, provided by J.P. Morgan and UniCredit Bank, and supporting collateral documentation.
