Harneys named as the BVI Recovery and Development Agency's official law firm

Harneys has been awarded a contract for the provision of legal services to the Recovery and Development Agency.

The legal work will encompass domestic BVI advice, including real estate and infrastructure projects, as well as corporate and commercial and dispute resolution advice. Harneys was selected by the RDA after a formal public tender process that involved rigorous vetting.
