An internationally renowned panel of experts will discuss recent sanctions developments in the US, EU and UK, including topics such as:
recent Russia designations by OFAC and their consequences;
divergent US and EU approaches on Russia and Iran;
the impact of the withdrawal of the US from the JCPOA with Iran and EU blocking legislation;
the implications of Brexit for sanctions regimes in the UK and its Overseas Territories: the Cayman Islands, BVI and Bermuda; and
the position of the Cyprus government and its competent authorities towards local enforcement of sanctions by credit and financial institutions.
