The Healthier Side of INSOL

At 7:30am on Monday 30 April 2018, 103 enthusiastic practitioners came together in Central Park for the Harneys’ INSOL 5km Fun Run, also known as “The Healthier Side of INSOL”.

Participants braved the early rise and 7 degree temperature to run a loop around the lower end of Central Park and along the reservoir. As spring has officially sprung, participants were blessed with a beautiful clear sky and stunning views of the flowering cherry blossoms.

Mark McDonald (Grant Thornton, BVI) and Hugh Dickson (Grant Thornton, Cayman Islands) were leading the pack.

The much-anticipated and hotly contested Burpee Challenge was won in record time by Roberto Cortez from Deloitte in Dallas, who was awarded with a iPad mini. All that training paid off, Roberto!

Harneys’ new branding made it’s NYC debut during the first morning coffee break – gift bags including a water bottle and running light were flying off the shelf.

Harneys would like to extend a heart felt thank you to each and every one of the attendees who made it such a fun and successful event.

We are pleased to announce the return of the “Healthier side of INSOL” for 2019 in Singapore. Looking forward to seeing you there already.
