Harneys' annual event “The Healthier Side of INSOL” was held on Wednesday 3 April 2019 in Singapore. As has become annual INSOL International Conference tradition, the Harneys team hosted a 5km Fun Run to network with peers while taking in the scenery of the conference host city.
The morning began with a tropical storm and downpour, but that wasn't enough to deter some 40 enthusiastic participants from showing up at 7am, ready to run around Singapore's stunning Marina Bay and take in the sights of the Lion City.
Mark Craggs (Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright, London) and Linda Johnson (Partner, KPMG, Channel Islands) were the first male and female over the finish line and were awarded with a bottle of champagne each.
The much-anticipated and hotly contested Burpee Challenge returned, and was won in by Natalie Burrett of KordaMentha in New Zealand, who took the title from Roberto Cortez from Deloitte in Dallas, and was awarded with an iPad mini.
