Recent BVI legislation brought into force

On 9 July 2021, the BVI Government published proclamations in the Gazette bringing the following pieces of legislation into force:

• The Proceeds of Criminal Conduct (Amendment) Act 2021, a copy of which can be found here
• The Proliferation Financing (Prohibition) Act 2021, a copy of which can be found here
• The Virgin Islands Gaming and Betting Control Act 2020, a copy of which can be found here
