The BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) appointed Mr. Shane Baptiste as the Commission's New Asia Representative at BVI FSC (HK) Ltd., with effect from 1 July 2022.

As Asia Representative, Mr. Baptiste will manage the delivery of services offered from the BVI FSC's office as the Asia Pacific liaison for the jurisdiction's regulatory and registry sectors and champion the FSC's undertaking to strengthen deeper relations in the Asia market.

The BVI FSC launched its Asia representative office in Hong Kong in April 2014 as part of a broader effort to facilitate the provision of services.
