BVI FSC expands list of Recognised Exchanges

The BVI Financial Services Commission (FSC) has updated its Regulatory Code (Recognised Exchanges) to include Fusang Exchange Ltd to the recognised exchanges list.

The amendment was published to the official Gazette on 6 January 2022.

The Regulatory Code (Recognised Exchanges) Notice which commenced 15 January 2016, listing the recognised investment exchanges, can be found here.
