BVI Mutual Funds June regulatory deadlines

Private, professional and public funds should be aware of the following deadlines for filings to be made with the Financial Services Commission (FSC):

  • Mutual fund annual returns are due by 30 June 2022
  • Audited financial statements are due by 30 June 2022 for funds with a 31 December year end

Private, professional and public funds must ensure that they comply with these filing obligations within the prescribed deadlines (read our full guidance notes here). The FSC has a low-tolerance approach to late or missed filings and may impose fines for non-compliance.
