BVI regulator issues proclamation to bring the regulatory sandbox into force

Further to our last note on the regulatory sandbox which can be found here, the BVI government has published the Financial Services (Regulatory Sandbox) Order 2020 (the Order) in the Gazette on 30 August 2020.

A copy of the Order can be found here.

The Financial Services (Regulatory Sandbox) Regulations 2020 are in force as of 31 August 2020.
