Cayman Islands: Terminating registered entity before 2023 fees are due
13 Oct 2022
|
In the last quarter of 2022, Cayman Islands entities will be receiving their annual invoices for 2023 registration fees. If you are considering terminating your entity or terminating registration with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority you should act promptly in order to avoid or reduce the 2023 registration fees and filings.
We have prepared a legal guide providing detailed information on the termination of a registered entity, see here.
Please reach out to your usual Harneys contact, if you have any other questions, or would like any further information about your regulatory obligations.
