New sanctions legislation enacted for the British Overseas Territories

Following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, there has been a suite of new sanctions legislation that has been enacted that will be applicable to the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and Anguilla. Bermuda has its own independent legislative regime under which the sanctions legislation is enacted.
