Christy Kan is a member of our Hong Kong office. Her practice focusses on investment fund formation, ongoing maintenance and investment transactions.
Prior to joining us, Christy worked in the Investment Funds team at another offshore law firm in Hong Kong. She also previously worked at Deloitte in the private wealth and tax team.
Christy was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2022. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2025 and is registered as a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is also a qualified CPA and
