Gerrard Tin is a member of our Litigation & Insolvency and Restructuring team and is based in the London office. He has broad commercial litigation experience with a focus on insolvency litigation, shareholders’ disputes, fraud, asset tracing, and financial services litigation. Gerrard has particular expertise in the enforcement of security and the bringing and defending of liquidation proceedings. Prior to joining us in 2022, he practised at a leading litigation boutique in Gibraltar, having begun his legal career at a leading regional firm in the United Kingdom.
